Yes, we offer financing. Terms vary. 12 months interest free, loans up to 15 years. After 15 years traditional financing with rates based on credit score and other factors. Our loans DO NOT tie to the home and don’t have the expensive closing cost like a HELOC!

How does your business compare to competitors?

We are a full-service contractor that can handle all your home repair needs. Most contractors specialize in 1 or 2 things. We always answer our phones or call back, and we’ll come back as many times as we need to make sure the customer is happy.

Do you have your own crew, or do you hire subcontractors?

We do most of our work with our own crews. There are however situations where a subcontractor is necessary, but we still take care of all the logistics of it, so you are just working with us.

What are the payment terms and conditions?

Typically, we require a payment upfront to cover the cost of materials. For example, the purchase of kitchen cabinets or flooring. Once the project is in motion, we may request payment for work that we’ve already performed but we won’t ask for payment for work that hasn’t been completed. We offer a signed contract for our customers that ensures their safety and our liability.

Is your company insured?

What is your communication protocol with clients during the project?

We have an app that we use where we post all daily pictures of progress that we provide a customer a link to. For our customers that live in the homes that we’re working on, they have direct access to Kase and Keith and typically will communicate with one of our Forman.

What is expected from the client during the project?

A clear vision of what you want your project to look like and communication.

Will you be able to obtain the permits if they are required for a certain job?

Yes. Not all projects require a permit, but for the ones that do we’ll be able to obtain any that are required.

How and where do your tools and our materials get stored if / when the job spans multiple days/weeks?

We have an enclosed trailer and cargo van that we store our tools in daily. On occasion we will leave the trailer on site if there’s room and if it isn’t an inconvenience to the homeowner.

What measures will you take to protect my property?

We try to take all the steps to ensure your property is protected. Depending on the work we are performing, we have steps in place. For example, putting down floor covering for work inside the house, and covering furniture to keep dust and debris from damaging it.

How will additional charges be dealt with?

Typically, anytime we run into any additional issues or problems that arise from jobs, we will notify the homeowner first, talk about a price and solidify with the owner before we make changes.

Will you provide me a list of your past clients?

Yes. If you would like references based off the type of job we’re doing, we can provide you with those referrals.

Will you clean up the job site? How will you handle cleaning it up?

Yes, we clean up during and after the project is complete. We haul away all construction debris and do basic clean up when the job is done. Deep cleaning can be added for an additional fee.

What sorts of surfaces can you pressure wash?

Stucco, concrete, wood, vinyl, metal, aluminum and more. We pretty much clean any surface. We do roof wash, whole house wash, and surface cleaning of driveways. We also do commercial businesses and window washing.

What is the difference between a basic clean and a deep clean?

That depends on the job. But really in the pressure washing world, it’s either clean or it’s not. We kind of deep clean everything.

Can you remove mold and mildew from my surfaces?

Yes, it’s our specialty. We use professional grade products to remove all mold, algae, and mildew.
